
What? Facial exercises??
OK, it sounds silly, right? Yoga...for your face?
I'll admit, I was skeptical, too. And I was even more leery when I watched a demo on face exercise. It looked plain ridiculous!
But then I kept reading. I kept investigating. And I soon decided to try facial exercising out for myself (albeit in a room with a closed door and the shades drawn! There's no denying it, it does look pretty funny to smile, sneer, grimace and pout your way to a prettier face!)
